Refund Policy

To initiate a return or refund please email us at Nonoperatorsolutions@gmail.com within 25 days of receiving the item with your name, order number, and a clear picture of the damage and/or manufacture error.

We DO NOT offer a return or refund for wrong size ordered and/or wrong design ordered. We offer a reprint or refund if the product is damaged or has a manufacturing error. We require that you send in a picture of the item/s. There is no need to return the product, the refund or reprint will be completed based on the photo you send in.

Please keep in mind that designs may look slightly different in person when compared to on the website.
